Hydroponic Grow Light Help?

I need to buy a light to grow a hydroponic garden and have no idea of what I need or what to get. I've heard that LED lights are very good? Also, I'm not sure what the ballasts and reflectors. Do you need to buy them separately or you can buy a light that includes everything? Probably will become more herbs, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. ..

Hi Well a drag is running a grow light, grow lights 150w require no start "ballast" reflector is simply a clear tone, "such as those at home" should be able to buy a grow kit light with the hole shebang, but try a digital ballast, which have a better start to its current meaning that growth bulb last longer, and grow lights really did sound great, but I think I'll wait until they drop a little business first.
