Need help plant my herb garden inside.?

I really need to know how many seeds per pot to start. I planted the following herbs. Dill Parsley Sage Rosemary Basil my pots have diameters 5.6 inches.

Do not over 10, the space out, and you need a Aerogarden or fluorescent light to start. Either that, or something very direct sunlight.
