Can an LED light work to produce a Venus flytrap, compared with a fluorescent light?

No. LED's do not have the necessary light intensity .... or wavelength suitable for plant growth. Honestly .... unless you get a fluorescent spectrum complete and maintain very close (I mean within a few inches from the top of the plant) will not have much luck with either fluorescent lights. The plant become thin .... and will probably die quickly. Sunlight is the best option ... Full sunlight, like a window facing south.
